I am unable to login to sky hub to change wifi password.

When I try to login to 192.168.0.1 the username/password page keeps popping back up when I enter the infomation printed on the back of the router. I am a new customer and want to create my own password. I am connected to the hub and the signal is good. Please advise.

Enter the default username admin
And depending on which hub you have, the password is either sky or your WiFi password.

Thank you for your help. I entered admin as the username and sky as the password and this worked for me.

I have tried to enter the username as 'admin' and tried both 'sky' as the password and the password on the back of the hub/router and neither are being accepted and there's no option for 'forgotten password' to reset it.
