I am trying to up grade to the highest internet but the system it's letting me . And ONONE TO PHINE TO SORT IT OUT .

@Lee1218  You can call Sky on 150 from your landline to place an order if your unable to do it online.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Lee1218 where the online system indicates an upgrade is possible but wont complete you have to call in. It doesnt tell you why but Sky need to talk you through some steps and get your informed consent. For example they need your confirmation you are happy yo have your voice line switched from copper which works during power cuts to over fibre which doesnt. You will almost certainly need a nee fibre line run which invloved drilling holes etc. Lead times can be many weeks which is not down to Sky but Openreach who are very busy.
