I am experiencing an issue with my internet. Suddenly, it stopped working, and I’m not sure why. I’ve already tried restarting the device, but the problem persists. The internet was working fine before.
I am subscribed through NOW, and they directed me to contact you regarding this issue. Can you please help me solve it?

Not sure why Now support would direct you to a customer helps customer forum but a quick through their website finds this where you can run a line test (Step 2):
