Hub

I have super fast broadband but don't have a hub. Is this correct?

No, you'd need a hub to use the broadband. When was your activation date? Is there anything in your order section on your account?

Sent all my Sky QBox equipment back and retained broadband 7 talk in April 2022

Just have the sky router . Also now have an Amazon Fire stick but reception is not good.

Dont have a sky hub - thought that was returned with Q box equipment

Your Sky router is the Sky hub, its the same thing.

Your WiFi signal wont be as good anymore because you've lost the signal boosting that the Sky Q system does automatically.

If you need a stronger signal you'll need to look at getting a booster from Sky but this requires the boost addon which is £5 per month. Alternatively you could buy your own router.
