I'm on Broadband Superfast and after negotiating a new contract signed up for Sky Boost and was sent the Sky Broadband hub.
I set the hub up yesterday but notice that the "voice" light doesn't light up, the other three lights are solid green, I have rebooted the hub and I can still make/receive calls using the BT wall box.
Should the voice light be on or is it a fault or maybe this is something that will be enabled in the main telephone exchange in the future?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are in an exchange area where SOGEA broadband isn't yet available, PSTN phone service via the wall socket will continue. Target date for national PSTN switch-off is still sometime in 2025.
