Hub stopped working, no indication of when new one will arrive

Hi, my Hub stopped working on Friday afternoon with no prior indication.  It was exactly one year since we moved to our new property with this hub and reset up Sky, unsure if this is a coincidence.

I went through all the Broadband checker, plugging and unplugging everything, and the online checker said there was a problem with the Hub and to fill in the Hub replacement form.  Said it would be 3 days to be in contact and then to send a new Hub.  Apart from an initial email of confirmation I've had nothing since.  It's not on 'Orders', but may not show there anyway as it's equipment.  I just want some sort of confirmation that this is is hand and when I can expect a new Hub.  I can't find any where to look for this confirmation or a contact.

It would be 3 working days so I would leave it until tomorrow, then if you have not heard anything give Sky a call.

I still have had no contact from Sky about getting a new Hub, and we're close to a whole week now.  I don't see any number or contact details to ask, can anyone help with a contact number or email?
