Sky glass keeps freezing its picture
Despite having the sky broadband superfast which i was assured was enough to service my four family members and their computers plus the sky glass tv it keeps freezing during live tv. I have reset the broadband numerous tmes but this is getting very frustrating. May be time to move to EE for my broadband as sky not able to provide a better service. It also keeps dropping my sons connection wgen he is on video conference calls. Please dont tell me to disconnect other devices as this is the modern age and the broadband needs to be able to support it.

Re: Sky glass keeps freezing its picture
'Superfast' over FTTC is 'up to' 80Mbs: that means it can also be very slow, based almost entirely to the distance from the property to the local fibre cabinet.
If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.
Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
