Hub setup

Hi , I have problem with active hub . Is Wi-Fi but doesn't show internet . I don't know when coming engineer to fix this

When was your sky broadband activated?

Is the internet light on the hub off or amber?

Broadband was activated on 19/09/22 and internet light Is off

Has broadband ever worked since the 19th

Have you already reported it to sky?

Does it say any thing in "your orders" on your my sky app?
