Hub requires restarting every two weeks

Since I had my broadband upgraded to full fiber, every couple of weeks my broadband router needs restarting because the internet stops working. Is there an upgraded hub available that can cope with full fibre without requiring restarting every couple of weeks?

I am having the same issue. I've had an engineer around who found no issue and mentioned the reset procedure is to disconnect all Ethernet ports at the back of the router with the exception of port 4 which should be connected to the fibre cable, then power off for 8 mins and restart which works but then fails again after 2-3 weeks. When it fails the orange light appears on voice. It's been like this for months now.

Yes, this is exactly what happens to me. The voice light goes orange. If I unplug and then plug it back in again the problem is solved for another couple of weeks. It's only started happening since I switched to full fibre, before that I had no problems at all.

Mine was fine before switching to fibre as well so seems Sky has an issue here which needs to be resolved
