VPN Connection to workplace

Hi,

We have started using a new sky Max Hub with the sky glass Tv system. Since switching I cannot connect to My workplace VPN. Does anybody have a robust fix for this? Sky has tried to fix this remotely and failed; There conclusion was its My Laptop…….

FYI……. I Can connect to My workplace via the VPN when I travel and using My neighbours Internet.

Last resort, can anybody recommend a new router that will work with Sky Glass system.

I’m not an IT tech….  So, any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

You probably need 1:1 Map-T rather than the 8:1 which is now the default with a circuit supplying broadband to a Max Hub.

Current advice is to use the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app to enable UPnP: that should trigger the Map-T change.
