My hub has just a red light on - have gone through all the steps to no avail. During the steps, have found that the ONT also has no lights, again gone through all the steps and still nothing.
@Lola24 Does not matter, either the ONT is switched off, the power socket has no power, the PSU that connects to the ONT has went bad, or the ONT itself has failed. Until you get Power and Pon solid Green and the Lab on lit and flashing on the ONT you have no Internet,
Sky Hub will always be red until you sort out the ONT!
No I know I was just trying to explain my issue. Started with red light, went through steps and found the ONT not working, went through those steps and stir ONT still not working.
I was looking for tips but I've had to call Sky anyway to get it fixed
