Have Full Fibre Gigafast and having terrible problems

Have Full Fibre Sky Gigafast. Everything working fine for the first 2 years. Am now out of contract and it's all gone to pot. Multiple devices (iPhone, Android, Hive etc) all now cutting out, connectivity poor, downloads that took seconds now taking minutes. Can't work from home anymore. My Sky app always saying everything is fine. 
What can I do?  Something has changed and dramatically downgraded our service. Am still paying a huge fee.
