Hub not working

My internet went off tried unplugging taking everything out of hub and put back in still no light on hub

It takes up to an hour for the test to pick up a dropped line but once it does if you follow through the steps it can book an engineer. Alternstively you can call Sky once their lines open.

Thanks you so much for your reply I've been in touch with sky they are sending a new hub out
