Hub not working
My internet went off tried unplugging taking everything out of hub and put back in still no light on hub

@Chr1571ne using a mobile connection run the tests here No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
It takes up to an hour for the test to pick up a dropped line but once it does if you follow through the steps it can book an engineer. Alternstively you can call Sky once their lines open.
