My Hub has not been delivered. I have checked tracking and it says delivered, however there has been no delivery, no postal card through the letter box and none of my neighbours have taken it in.
Im incredibly frustrated as it seems impossible to contact anyone at Sky. I am seriously beginning to regret moving over from Virgin as their customer service was much better.

I have escalated you post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Ive not heard back yet but ill keep my fingers crossed, as im being charged for a service im not recieving lol.

@Chrisee I still havent heard anything.
I cant get through on the phone and absolutely no way of contacting anyone, this is really frustrating as Im getting charged for something I havent even got.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
