Trying to see if sky offer service at new address

My parents are moving house next month and I'm trying to see if sky actually offer service at new address. I get as far as getting the address up but when I click on check available services it doesn't actually load anything and I can't find online chat option anywhere

try doing it while not signed in and pick haven't moved in yet. I had this issue too.

Well it turns out Sky don't offer service to new address so I've had to cancel contract
