Open reach activated my line on Wednesday 13th March. However, my hub hasn't arrived yet, it hasn't even been dispatched yet according to my order status. Not a word from Sky yet, pretty poor service already!!

Keep an eye out for an invite or red and blue chat bubble. When the red/blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
