Hub light on but no WiFi

My hub light is on, but on all my devices the network isn't showing up in available Wi-Fi lists.

Same here (Darlington) only had Sky broadband for 4 days and already having problems. Not a good sign is it.

I'm having the same problem network is not available on any devices. I'm also a new Sky customer!

Its has been a common problem today see this thread on how to sort the issue which requires tge Sky Max hub to be factory reset.

I held the WPS button on the side for 10 seconds and the router reset and seems to be working fine now
