Bt engineer confirmed line ok but new hub required

Hi,

bt engineer has just visited and confirmed that the line & speed are now ok but that there remains a WiFi issue and a new hub is required. Could you please confirm that one can be shipped to us?

You'd need to contact Sky back directly in regards to the fault you raised with them for next steps, a hub cant be sent to you via  forum post.
