Broadband keeps dropping out completely.

Periodic drop out of all broadband. Happening throughout the day. Recent development, about 10 days. Only developed after recent local faults in system. All my connections are fine. All systems rebooted etc. This is a system dropout problem.

@jciaran  When the fault is happening could you run the broadband test please.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
