Hub keeps losing signal

Hi my hub keeps losing signal and then coming back on. Its done it about 7-8 times today and has Been doing it for the last 5-6 days. Ive unplugged it all. All wires and plugs but it still keeps turning off/ like it just keeps resetting.

@Marc74 That looks more like your hub is getting a fault condition, so would call sky and get a replacement for it... Reseting all the way back to an off condition like that is not good, you can try a factory reset on it if you wish to try that, your choice on that one though!

 

Reset is hold the button in back off the hub for at least 30 seconds watching the front led's until the power one flashes then let the reset button go, if you have made changes to the hub you have to do that all over again so be aware!

@Marc74 What is it that you are seeing, the help will let you say better!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

The hub keeps going to the red power light then all the lights come back on and go green. Keeps doing the same thing 5-6 times a day.
