Hi. I have an interesting issue with my sky broadband. Sky hub has all lights on, WiFi is working and all devices connected however no internet. This is especially annoying as means SkYQ (hard wired to hub) and multi room not working. My sky app showing no issues! I have read all the support in the app, many forums on here, tried unplugging hub for 1 hour, tried rebooting the hub, same issues remains. Have also reset internet on the SkyQ box, which works for about 5 mins then also drops again saying no internet! What's odd though is that some devices are receiving more internet (eg ring camera and hive) - have tried calling sky support but just end up with being pushed to the online help section. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bwg83 could be an issue with Sky's DNS system or more precisly the server nodecmanaging your connection notvrouting DNS calls correctly. To test if thst is yhe issue add a public DNS servicecto a device that allows you to edit the network details. First changecthecDNS detailscfrom automatic to manual and add thecaddress of a public DNS like Google's which is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
If thst works powering down the hub for an hour or using the forced disconnection in the black hub's web interface should change the nodecyo one that works but it may take a few attdmpts.
