Hub hasn’t arrived

I'm due to join sky broadband and my go live date is wed 10th. My sky max hub is still saying awaiting dispatch. My stream boxes arrived a couple of weeks ago but can't use them without a router.

The hub is timed to arrive just before the activation day so you have 3 more days for it yet to arrive, if you don't have it or it isn't showing as dispatched on Wednesday then give Sky a call about it.

Exactly the same with me. Worse still I'll be on holiday, no idea why the sent the router so near to the activation date.

Max hub Router still says awaiting dispatch. Go live tomorrow. I work from home so need a router. This was a new order. Stream boxes arrived 14 days ago so billing starts soon but i cant use them without a router.

I'm in the same position as you. Service goes live tomorrow (10th April) and no Sky Max Hub.

 

I've contacted Sky customer services twice and they've just told me to wait but there is clearly an issue with dispatching routers at the moment that the customer service staff are too lazy to escalate.

@Glover85 Stream boxeswill work with most mobile hotspots but make sure you have loads of data available if you go down that route.

Today is switch overday and my account is saying my broadband is active. However the sky max hub still says awaiting dispatch. I work from home so this is a big problem for me
