Router not arrived

Hiya, my broadband is due to start today but I haven't received my router?

anyone have any ideas?

The activation will still go ahead so if it doesn't turn up today then give Sky a call if nothing shows via your account about it being dispatched.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

It doesn't say anything in my account, so very frustrating. 
maybe the router will come today, but I doubt it.  Why can't I talk to someone and not a bot  over chat ? I swear you used to be able to.
