Hub hasn’t arrived

My hub is due to be activated with an engineer coming out today, yet my sky hub hasn't arrived and on the website is still says waiting to be dispatched, now i assumed the engineer would bring it with him but i read somewhere that it arrives before so could someone explain to me what is going on as the AI is useless
