Hub dropping, sky Q keeps crashing

Everyday my hub looses connection, flashing orange lights, I keep resetting but keeps going off every night bit of a pain when you're trying to watch tv, not only that my sky Q box keeps crashing too don't know if it's because my hub keeps going off but can't seem to get a response anywhere

Snap. 

I have powered down the router and sky q box to reboot everything, nothing has worked. 

I then run the sky test which says all is working but cannot access the internet on any devices. Have had to turn off WiFi on my phone to reply on here. 

Sky Q box won't connect even though the router shows all green. 

Fuming, got tons of work to get done
