Hello, I decided my broadband into 5hrz and 2.4, because some of my devices specifically ask for 2.4. How my 2.4 one is not working. What do I do?

@Ana_Ivanov two questions, did it ever work when you first did it and roughly when was that, and 2nd how do you know now that it is not working?
