Hub delivery

Royal Mail tried to deliver, and no-one was at home.

However, it was sent to a sorting office away, so not collected in time.

We are still waiting for the hub.Thanks

If the Post Office doesn't offer a way of redelivering, you'll need to contact Sky directly and arrange a redelivery.

If you didnt collect it from the PO in time then it would have been sent back to Sky.

You'll need to contact Sky to get another one sent out

Can you not arrange another delivery via Royal Mail if it is at your local office and you are unable to collect it:

I've only moved into this property 19/7/23 and haven't received no hub for the  property need my internet on as my daughter works from home finding  it very difficult

@carolineava1973 whst date is set for the activation of the service in the My Orders section of the My Sky app? The hub should  arrive a day or so before that..

 

Unfortunately the fact your daughter works from home does not increase the priority of the domestic service you are buying.
