New broadband hub delivered and set up.Went to wifi connection on tablet.Authentication error came up but continued to new wi fi connection.Tapped this and added new password on back of new hub.Incorrect password.I am sure I have entered correctly please help.

You should be using the one that came on the card (which I found difficult to read) and also printed on the hub itself so the usual applies and make sure you are not getting a letter O muddled with a a zero 0 and a L with an i (lower case).

If this is the only device that won't connect then maybe you also need to reduce the WiFi security on the Hub from WPA3 to WPA2.
If it's all devices then there have been some reports of Sky shipping used Hubs, so it might be worth a factory reset just in case the default has been changed.
If that still doesn't work then maybe take a pic of password on your phone & zoom in, to be sure you're not mixing up numbers & letters.

Thanks I have sorted it,I was using a low case L instead of an upper case I.They do look the same.

Sky really should have put more thought into excluding letters that can be confused with numbers, so if in doubt it must be a number.
