Hub connection to VPN yet booster connects

I recently signed up to fibre and have not had any issues. Today my vpn won't connect to the main hub saying limited or no connectivity. However I have a booster that runs on the same network and my vpn connects fine to it.

 

i have contacted sky who are sending me a new router but is this really the issue? It worked Friday when I logged on for work. Other devices are connected to the same hub and are working.
