Hub 6 split WiFi bands

I've read every article on here about splitting the 2.4 and the 5 bands but I have a new hub 6 and I don't have the box to untick when I login.

Ive read somewhere that you cannot do it on the hub 6 but if that's the case none of my baby monitors are going to work.

Can I split it and if so how?

If not can I send this back to Sky and plug my old router in? Will my Sky stream work off an old router?

My baby monitors are more important than having Sky!

It's not possible to unsynchronize and individually rename the bands on the Max Hub.

The wireless security level can be reduced from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

It's also possible to use the same settings to disable the 5Ghz WiFi band either temporarily or permanently.

Re: Hub 6 split WiFi bands

I've tried disabling the 5ghz and connecting the camera which worked (the smart plugs still would not). But as soon as I turned the 5ghz back on (because without it the sky puck wouldn't work) the camera stopped working again!

Im at the point of plugging my old router in which did allow you to split the bands and seeing if the sky stream will still work. If it does I will be sending this piece of cr** back!

I don't understand why if it's so common to use smart devices in homes now why sky would sell a new product that doesn't allow them to work?!

I will be informing family NOT to upgrade to this!
