Hub 4 activation date

I've received my new hub 4, however I have no email, date on box, or under track my orders that provide an activation date all I know is that from March my old hub won't update. Am I to presume I set it up on the 1st March??

I'm not aware of any such advice from Sky.  Which model of Hub do you currently have in use?

@Richard+Mole  Why did Sky send you a new router? Did you upgrade your service with Sky?

No, haven't upgraded just got email saying I am using an older Hub and can apply for new router before 16th Feb as come March 25 my current one won't update. Cost nothing and arrived today.

Interesting: presumably the start of Q Hub replacement prior to PSTN switch-off next year.

Yeah that sounds likely although with all the price increases coming I'm not sure Sky is for me becoming costly for very little in return.
