@Lisa741 look at the network settings on the laptop and see if the issue is that it has not connected to the wifi. If it hasn't check you are entering the password exactly as written on the hub's label and not switched I and a 1 or similar which is easily done.
if the wifi card has connected but no data flows check the network settings are set to get the details from the Sky hub automatically rather than having manual settings.
