How to upgrade

Hello my broadband speed is horrendous, I'm stuck in a contract and unsure what to do other than upgrade but that starts another contract which idont want to extend

An ISP is always going to want to start a new minimum term for a technology upgrade because they incur additional fixed costs which they need to know are going to be covered by the subscription period.
