Bad Internet

My download speed is currently at 2.34 when it should be over 100. I have had the issue since yesterday and i have reset my hib a number of times and it hasn't worked. I work from home and have had to reschedule multiple meetings today and yesterday due to this issue. It is showing s all fine on My Sky app but it isn't so can someone please contact me to sort the issue? Many thanks Andrea
