How to unlock adult content on WiFi?

Hi, I just got wifi yesterday and I can't watch any 18 rated movies when connected to the wifi. Is there any way to unlock this? Thanks

I can't seem to get the sky shield to change. I keep changing my preferences but when I hit the button to save my settings, it says that something went wrong and to try again.

@R197778946 I think when that happend you need to call Sky You can contact Sky by phone by following the link below
