How am i able to see what I've purchased as it is not allowing me to see what I've purchased

If you have specific questions about what happens next post here with some details or give Sky a call. Normally if a job is complex, for example requiring an engineer to enter your home, you would have been asked to call in rather than the online system accepting an order.
