How to see what I've purchased

How am i able to see what I've purchased as it is not allowing me to see what I've purchased

@Mr+drainage you should have had an email confirming your order with the product you bought, order progress can be traced through the My Order page in the My Sky app or website. The system takes up to 24 hours to update,

If you have specific questions about what happens next post here with some details or give Sky a call. Normally if a job is complex, for example requiring an engineer to enter your home, you would have been asked to call in rather than the online system accepting an order.
