How to report internet outage after 7pm?
Our internet just stopped working while watching something, on the optical network terminal the LOS light is red. I tried to do a service check and it just gave me an error and a number to call which closed at 7. How do I report this? There is literally no option to "contact" on the "Contact us" page.

Re: How to report internet outage after 7pm?
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If then are you able to run this line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them as the phone lines are still open.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
