How to find update on Sky broadband installation on hold

Hi, I had two engineers came on Friday 4th July tried to install broadband, however they've found that they need to create new cable short cut to create a broadband connection to my property. To do this they'd need digger to come and pull the cable out. I have not heard anything else from Sky or engineer about the current status of the dig and installation since. How do i contact Sky please to find out the sttaus?

I've no WIFI connection for more that a month now as I just moved to this property.

Thanks and you're correct. I'd have to wait as it's a third party digger they appointed. so must wait.
