I can't connect my ring doorbell 4 to my sky router.
Ring costumer services say I need to set my firewall to low but I don't know how.

Worth trying, then synchronise them again one connected. Shouldn't need to do this though for the V4 as it's a dual band device. Mine has been used with the Sky Q Hub, BT Smart Hub2 and a TP-link router without issue.
