How to talk to a person and not a machine that has only 4 answers and one of these is "goodbye" , Nightmare , Hours wasted so far. Any ideas ? Thanks.

Call them on 150 from your sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.3
if asked is this about your mobile say no
when asked do you want to receive a sms say no
They'll send you one anyways
When asked do you want to hang up and follow the link say no
You will then be asked about the nature of your enquiry
