I have orange light for internet and voice on router. Tried switching off for 10 seconds but no luck.
The small box on the wall shows no light for PON and flashing orange light on LOS.
Should I press the little button on the small box and see what happens?

LOS is loss of signal. Could be external
We can escalate but may be quicker to call them on 150 from a skylandline mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
