I received an new WiFi max router yesterday and I want to change some settings but only the old sky router shows in the app still.

It's hasn't been resolved, an engineer was booked to fix it today between 1200-1400 however 10 minutes before I had a text saying it was cancelled because "they were busy "
Just spent ages again on the phone (the 5th person I've spoken to) and apparently it'll be fixed in 48 hours. I did tell him that he was the 3rd person to tell me that.
Anyway I'm still within the cooling off period so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and if it's not fixed I'll be off to someone else.

Have set the max hub up as you need to use the my sky app to do this

I have to say it's been a real pain with sky broadband and I considered leaving within the cooling off period. The signal on the black router was only sufficient in one room, dropping off considerably.
I then upgraded to the max hub which is £4 per month extra and was clearly not new as the plug was dirty. I was told it would take 24 hours for the app to update (which it hasn't) the hub & the max pod show in the app but there's no way to change settings.
the app says the WiFi is off but I'm getting the right speeds(in one room) support has told me it'll take between 40 minutes & 48 hours to resolved but I'm far from happy. I should have stayed with BT.

Are you on full fibre broadband ? As I have the sky gigafast broadband 900mps and got given the wifi max hub when i changed to that from the old sky broadband which was through the phone line

I can't remember but i think when i setup using the my sky app it started showing start away

The mysky app now says error loading page
domain NSURLErrorDomain
Error Code -1000
Description: Thee request timed out
So hopefully someone is working on it. I have deleted the app but its still the same

So you have deleted the app and reinstalled it and you are having these problems, i hope someone on here can help sorry i am stuck now, sorry i could not help you
