How long before activation date will I receive router?

My Sky broadband activation date is next week and I still havent received the router or any formal welcome letter or email. Is this normal and when can I expect the router to arrive?

The broadband hub should arrive a day or so before your activation date so updates on it should be found on your account here:

Once the hub has been dispatched you should be able to track through Royal Mail. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it.

They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

Thanks for your reply. Funnily enough, I received a text today saying the Sky Hub has been dispatched and now I'm able to track it.
