How exactly do you get support?

About a month ago our connection dropped from around 20MB to 15MB, over the last three days it's maxed out at 5 (hubs numbers, not mine). We have a 35MB contract we knew we'd never get to based on distance to box, this will be around the end of two years on the contract. I've been through the wizard about 10 times, and each time it tells me it's fixed, only to then tell me there's an issue. Never actually seems to be a way to open a ticket or anything actually useful. How is that done? G

@Geoff_L you need to call Sky if the online servicecchecker is not helping. However with slow partial fibre lines there is a risk Openreach willdecline to do the necessary work to bring your line back up to the guaranteed speed. In these circumstances Sky will offer to release you from contact which is great if you havecan alternative network passing your address or can switch to mobile broadband but switching to any other isp using the same Openreachline will give you the same speed.
