We moved house and Sky have connected our new broadband to our neighbours property by mistake.We are without internet and seemingly will be for another few weeks. Sky claim that we told them the incorrect address, how do we get a copy of the phone call ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lorraine43 you can't get a copy but what you can do is put in a formal complaint giving the date and time of the call and sky will listen to it and if it turns out that the correct information was given sky will investigate further
