How do I send old wifi hubs back to Sky?

I asked the engineer but he was from OpenReach so didn't want to take them or know where to send them.  Can I post them and if so where to?

When returning the hub add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
