Broadband cutting out

Over the last week or so our broadband keeps cutting out. The app says everything is fine but steaming tv is becoming difficult with regular buffering. I've tried turning the router off and on again. Even word connections are struggling as well as WiFi. I pay a lot of money to get my WiFi through sky, but right now the service is unreliable

We are having the same problem . Moved over to sky in July and now wishing I had stayed with Talktalk.

@Em8612  & @Mcgamanda1  Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have the same issue.  Just had router replaced as they said my old one was the cause, now brand new one the same. WiFi drops, all.my smart devices go offline but if I'm on phone I sometimes don't notice as 4G kicks in.  Then I run their tests, it says everything is fine and all of 2 minutes later it returns.  

 

Annoying as it has happened mid stream and it also kicks q mini boxes offline.
