@portman72 if you have an issue with WiFi spedds in your home check that your Sky hub is in the best position possible which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. Beyond that things get more complicated.

If the address has FTTC broadband then the major limiting factor is the distance over copper phone line between it and the local fibre cabinet.

As this involves fundamental physics, only moving house or migrating to FTTP (when available) can make a difference.
